| An inventory of unrepaired valves is maintained at Wal-Tech’s facility in Mobile, Alabama. The secured storage area allows for segregation of inventories by client. Each client's inventory is held unrepaired until specific items are needed, at which time repairs are made as required. An inventory of each client's stock is generated monthly which includes an update of repairs and deliveries, sales, and/or scrap. |
|
| Stocking Inventory |
Minimizes the turn around time associated with sending valves out for repair
Repairs are performed by skilled technicians to like new condition for significantly less than the cost and delivery time of new valves
Repairs are controlled by the same Quality Programs that govern all other WAL-TECH valve repair processes
Repairs and final testing are documented on a standard repair report
Post repair testing meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ASME PTC-25.3 for operational and code compliance
Allows you to replenish store room stock at a much reduced cost
Once repaired, stocking inventory of scrapped valves will show a savings of new valve against reconditioned valves.
